The beauty of science

A very interesting video about decision making and how are brain is able to influence us.
The rational brain is more of a rationalising brain for the emotional brain :)
A good quality protein breakfast is imperative
Good deep sleep is important - avoid making big decisions if you have had bad sleep
Decisions in the morning are better than those made in the afternoon
Good exercise increases the precursor to serotonin - hence it's nature's way of keeping serotonin and dopamine high during the day :)

Don't know how true this is... but good tips for a good life eh?
