This is about a cruise liner. Carnival Cruise Lines.
Incorporated in Panama so it escapes most American and Global regulations.
Hence, lax safety standards and zero-ish taxes!

Now, the issue is that the US coast guard responded to 90 incidences regarding Carnival in the last 5 years.
My problem is that, morally - it should. Ethically, it should. Economically - it should not.
Does the Coast Guard get paid for its services towards non-US citizens / entities?
If not, why should it perform a service for them?

Talk about a messed up system.
